Refund Policy
Several categories are exempt from being returned/exchanged. Perishable goods such as Vegetables, Fruits, Meat, Groceries, Health Supplements and Foods cannot be returned/exchanged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging condition that you received it.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some genuine reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and we will refund in cash for the defective, rejected returned product. All Return & refund products are subjected to product expiry or wrong delivered product by Andaman Greengrocers. We shall not be liable for return & refund for any product wrongly selected by the Customer.
